2. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 12 Hours: Because our products are made-to-order, once the 12-hour window passes, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns for Defective Goods

We only accept returns for items that are defective or if an error occurred on our part.

What qualifies as “Defective”:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The print quality is poor or the design is incorrect.
  • The size/style received does not match what you ordered.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. Return Label: If the error is ours, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  4. Ship the Item: Print the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier.

4. Exchanges

  • Our Error: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Customer Error: We do not offer exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or style. Please consult our size charts carefully before placing an order.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Processing: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
